The final touches to the weekend itinerary are still being completed, but the outline details of the tour are now finalised:-

Saturday 19th July
9:00am –  Meet at St Dominic's School (TBC) for coach departure by 9.30am
12pm – Arrive Eastbourne Travelodge Hotel  
2pm – Setup at Eastbourne bandstand
3pm – Start performance
4:30pm – Finish performance
5pm – Leisure time / sightseeing
8pm – Optional band meal in Eastbourne
 
Sunday 20th July
9am – Optional band breakfast and sightseeing/visit
2pm – Bus departs Eastbourne
4:30pm approx. – Arrive Woodley
