Band Members Itinerary for Eastbourne
Band members assembled at St Dominics School, Woodley from 8.00am on Saturday 19 July, for a prompt departure at 9.00am. If you see the coach en route, do give us a wave and we might even be awake enough to wave back!
The coach will be at the Travelodge, Eastbourne by 12.00pm. If you are travelling down by car, you can meet up with the rest of the band at the hotel, to change and prepare for the concert. There is a map of the hotel location here.
The concert in the bandstand takes place between 3.00pm and 4.30pm. The band then has free time in Eastbourne on Saturday and Pevensey on Sunday.
The coach should be back at St Dominics School by around 5.00pm on Sunday 20 July.
