ROYAL BRITISH LEGION'S COUNTY FESTIVAL OF REMEMBRANCE SATURDAY 25TH OCTOBER
I am writing to thank all of the members of the Woodley Concert Band for their musical contribution at our recent County Festival of Remembrance.
I am sorry this letter has not come sooner but unfortunately, with the launch of the Poppy Appeal having just finished, I am now able to catch up on some of my outstanding correspondence.
The music is an integral part of this Remembrance event, and I have received many favourable comments, from people that were in attendance. Thank you all again, and we hope there will be other opportunities in 2009, that you would be able to perform for us.
