WCB on the BBC
The band's reputation was spread far and wide by BBC TV local news on Monday 21 May. The Woodley Concert Band played at Shinfield School's 300th Anniversary event on Saturday 19 May and the BBC were there to cover it. The band appears on the opening shots of the item , with John conducting the band in a lively medley of film music.
