The band were honoured to take part in the Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Concert at Bearwood College Theatre. Once again, the BBC, hearing that Woodley Concert Band were going to be present, sent out their news team to cover the event.

Woodley Concert Band were invited to play at the 300 year anniversary celebrations of Shinfield School. The event was such a milestone, that the BBC turned up to cover the band performance (oh, and I think they might have done something about the school's 300th birthday as well). Thanks to the very kind invitation from 210FM, Woodley Concert Band performed to their largest ever audiece on Sunday 25 March 2007. Unfortunately, 13,000 of the audience ran straight past, but they still seemed to enjoy the performance anyway! Here's a few pictures taken by our Chairman to show you what happened.
